ROLE: Head of Design
SCOPE: Brand Guardianship, Print, Social Media, Presentations, Marketing Collateral
CHALLENGE: Ensure consistent brand communication across all touchpoints while supporting multiple departments across the MENA region with marketing materials, presentations, and digital assets aligned with Colliers’ global brand standards. 
STRATEGY: Acted as brand guardian, overseeing all creative outputs to ensure strict alignment with brand guidelines while adapting materials to regional market needs. Established design workflows and templates to maintain clarity, consistency, and efficiency across teams. 
DESIGN SYSTEM:
- Implementation of Colliers brand guidelines across all communication materials
- Development of presentation, report, and marketing collateral templates
- Visual assets and templates for social media and internal communications 
EXECUTION & IMPACT: Delivered a wide range of print, digital, and presentation materials supporting business development, marketing campaigns, and client engagement across the MENA region while maintaining strong brand consistency. 
LEADERSHIP: Led a team of 5 designers, overseeing creative output and ensuring all deliverables respected brand guidelines across departments and markets.
