CHALLENGE:
Ensure consistent and high-quality brand execution across a wide range of communication materials while strictly adhering to Ooredoo’s global brand guidelines. A key challenge was maintaining client satisfaction and long-term trust to secure contract renewal, critical to the agency’s stability in Qatar.
STRATEGY:
Acted as brand lead, overseeing the detailed implementation of Ooredoo’s identity across presentations, events, and corporate communications. Focused on delivering clear, high-impact materials that aligned with brand standards while supporting business objectives such as product launches and client proposals.
